Hanging Higher Near Head , More Effective With Less Weight?

I understand tunica gets a higher percentage of stress doing this. Have to be careful to not get too close to head with attachment. Bib says no more than one fourth of an inch. Has anyone primarily hung this way and made length deformation?

Was hanging a bit lower but thought this may work better?

Too close to head , borderline me one fourth of an inch away from coronal ridge, doesn’t seem to work . It caused reduced weight as more importantly, hurt where had to break up times and use other methods to finish goal of 80 minutes hang ,stretch time for the day.
