Clamping! Higher Pressure Or Higher Volume?
I just finished my first 6 week clamping routine and took 9 days off and am starting another 6 weeks of clamping. Now I have a question for the clamping vets and anyone else who has successfully gained from clamping.
What works best?
High intensity high pressure for shorter periods of time? Such as 3 sets of 10 minutes at maximum erection, perhaps with edgeing mixed in or squeezes. Just anything to create as much pressure.
Or is less pressure for extended periods better? For instance getting hard clamping the erection to a good expanded state then leaving it alone and letting it subside slightly? And do maybe 6-10 10 minute sets of this spread throuought the day.
Currently I do a little bit of both. I will do a high intensity routine in the morning for 3 sets of ten minutes, then I will do low pressure sets of ten minutes through the day. I just want my cock to be THICK!!!
