Hey bigblackstick,

Yea I know what you’re saying! This hanger is close to the Bib starter but a little small in size. I think I’ll make another one from 1.5” pvc pipe to get more coverage.

The hanger works pretty good I must say. The silicone sealant does a good job of gripping the wrapping & internal structure. The only real problems are skin stretch at the base and head pressure once the weight is applied.

I looked at the wrapping tutorial in the hangers forum and noticed I’ve been wrapping wrong. I need to stretch out the shaft first, then do my wrapping. I need to get some Theraband as well.

I’m currently using a sports wrap left over from the Grip days, ouch! I think once I get the wrapping down better and make a bigger hanger all will be right with the world, so to speak.

As for the head pressure, I will have to deal with it. Isn’t there something about squeezing the blood from the head while attaching the hanger or somthing? How do you do that exactly?

You can remove the excess blood from the head before attaching the hanger by either squeezing the head, or pushing the wrapped bundle forward, forcing the blood toward the base.
