Hanging angles best strategy
To anyone that hangs and has made gains:
What is the best way to rotate the angles you hang at?
I switch angles once a week and hang until I’m fatigued (not to injury)
In other words, one week I’ll do btc hanging, the next straight up, then straight down, then otl one way, then the other
Anyone had success with any kind of routine like this? Should I concentrate on one angle for more than a week?
Anyone that only hangs one angle and makes gains?
