I have been hanging for a little more than two weeks and am using 5lbs for 1/2 hour, 2 sets.
I have a question regarding hanger position. From the threads I have read that the hanger should be at least an inch behind the glans. Is it best to try to keep it more towards the tip once the inch has been taken into account? Or should the hanger be as far back as possible?
I am assuming that perhaps as far forward as allowable is better to allow for some more skin/tunica stretch as well as the ligs?
Is this sound thinking?
Also, is it best to always take a of rest in between work outs, or is everyday OK as long as you can handle it?
