Hang btc

Hey guys,
I had a couple of questions.

1. How do you hang BTC? Do you just sit in a chair and let it hang over the side?
2. Does it matter what time of rope you use?

I prop a clothes hamper to rest my feet on and sit on the edge of my bed. I actually found a small chain that I use to loop the weights and hang with them. If I had to use a rope, I’d probably opt for something like a long shoelace or something that could take 20+lbs if it needed to.

1.) BTC (between the cheeks) hanging is best done (IMO) with two chairs. Sit in one, prop your feet up in the other, and slide down until your penis is between your “cheeks”. Hanging over the side and BTC are in no way the same thing. Over the side (if you are referring to the left or right side) is often referred to as OTL (over the leg) because that is where the hanger will rest while you are hanging.

2.) Please don’t take this as me being condescending (I’m actually just concerned about your safety), but you are using a hanger, not JUST a rope correct? If so (which I hope for your sake is the case), then for BTC or SD hanging it won’t matter what type of rope you have attached to your hanger. If you are doing any angles that require the rope to rest upon anything, you should use a type of rope that won’t allow for much friction. Boot laces work pretty well as they have a waxy type coating.

UTL can be done by getting in the BTC position and then rolling/leaning to your side so the hanger/weight shifts to under one of your legs.
