Do you ADS everyday?
Greetings fellow hangers. Just need some input here. For those of you who ADS, do you do this every day? I’m trying to figure out a routine. Right now I do not ADS, but I am thinking it is the best way to go in addition to hanging. If I brought ADS into the equation do most of you think that would be overkill and I’d be overtraining? Thanks for any feedback.
My current routine is 2 days on, 1 day off:
Wet Jelq x 200 reps
Hanging 3 sets x 15 minutes, 10 minutes inbetween sets
(using 7.5 pounds right now, after 1 month of 5 pounds)
