I’m a “newbie”.
Today I had my first hanging session. I made my own hanger. The routine I used was 5 pounds, for 15 minutes with 1 minute breaks between each five minutes of actual hanging. This morning I was 7.25 inches bpel. Tonight, about four hours after the hanging session I am now 8.0 bpel.
My question is… Is that kind of gain (0.75 inch) normal for the first session? Or did I break/tear something I don’t know about? (I don’t feel any pain, and there is no discoloration.)

Ps I do not jelq (yet) if that has anything to do with it.

Wow! if i was you mate i would be walking around like a cheshire cat grinning from ear to ear! If you feel no pain at all then i wouldn’t worry about it. It’s possible that the gains are temporary i suppose but unlikely if you cement them and continue to hang. Your hanging weight was pretty light and you didn’t do it for long so i would be very surprised if there was any damage whatsoever done. Just enjoy gains!!

Man, I think I just had the same experience. I hung last night for my first time, 5 lbs for half an hour straight. I know people recommend 20 minutes at the most at one time but my penis felt fine so I kept going. Anyway, this morning, my penis definitely looks bigger, I mean a noticable difference. I haven’t actually measured it, maybe I should. I think what QuestorSilvanthus said is true, we just had some inner penis waiting to get out!

I’m surprised that nobody has asked to borrow his hanger :D
