Did I tear something important?
I’m a “newbie”.
Today I had my first hanging session. I made my own hanger. The routine I used was 5 pounds, for 15 minutes with 1 minute breaks between each five minutes of actual hanging. This morning I was 7.25 inches bpel. Tonight, about four hours after the hanging session I am now 8.0 bpel.
My question is… Is that kind of gain (0.75 inch) normal for the first session? Or did I break/tear something I don’t know about? (I don’t feel any pain, and there is no discoloration.)
Ps I do not jelq (yet) if that has anything to do with it.
