Tried to post in hanger forum, but it wouldn’t let me, as I am new to Thunder’s Forum. So anyway.I have been doing the LS stretches for about a month now and have found that it can get to be rather tiresome after awhile. So I researched the Bib Hanger and Bib Starter Hanger on here and found that a lot of people started off by just doing that, the hanger, instead of the LS stretches. So I proceeded to get one(the Starter), and I also got the wrap that they suggested at the same time. My problem with the Theraband wrapping is that it tends to roll my skin a little bit when I wrap it, and then it pinches my skin when I put the hanger on. So I have come up with something else that seems to work for me, I use a sock. There is no pinching of my skin, and it doesn’t slip off. It is, however, sometimes a little difficult to get a sock over a flacid penis. I have tried attaching the hanger to my bare penis, but got a little bit scared of all that metal and other stuff able to pinch my skin directly if done wrong. So anyway, as a newbie to hanging, if there are any suggestions that the moderators or experienced hangers can give me, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

So then IS it alright for me to be doing the hanging right off the start(1 1/2 months PE)? Like I said before, it gets a little too tiresome to be doing the LSing for the needed times. However, when I can think about it, at work or whereever, I give a good tug to my member through my pants pockets and hold for as long as I can.

Ok, I finally figured out how to use the theraband wrap :-) . When I apply the wrap and then the hanger, my dick feels fine. Now when I put on the 2 1/2 lb weight, there is no fatigue.a nice little stretchy feeling in fact. However, I do feel a little bit of a burning sensation.is this normal?. I read on here that there might be a little bit of burning sensation, but you shouldn’t have too much. How much is too much burning? I have tried many different tightness adjustments, and still the burning sensation is there when weights are applied. It is bearable,but just. So I continue hanging for approximately 15-20 minutes. I take the hanger off, warm down with rice sock, and then re-apply 2 1/2 lb weight. This time,however, the 2 1/2 lb weight feels like nothing on me-no stretching sensation at all and no burning. So I applied another 2 1/2 lbs making it a 5 lb weight. The burning sensation is there again. I do this for about another 10-15 minutes and then warm down and stop. So should I keep up this regiment, and then after a couple weeks, apply more weight when feeling of fatigue dissipates?

Sounds like a good plan bro, just remember no more than 20 minutes at a time. I wouldn’t worry about a slight burning sensation just remember that pain is bad.

Now, they/you say burning sensation is normal,somewhat, when hanging.when I apply my hanger,there is no burning sensation. However, after application of weight/s, the sensation of burning is there. What is this burning? Is it the ligaments stretching,or is it your skin? I want to make sure I am doing this right. I followed the step by step rules for hanging on this site, but I just want to make sure that I am getting some benefit when I feel this burning sensation. Thanx

That’s usually skin stretching and is needed if you cut (longer penis need more skin to expand). If you’re uncut you really don’t need to stretch a lot of extra skin, in that case you should position the hanger closer to the glans.

When I hang I get that burning sensation as well but it takes a little while to kick in. It feels like it is the inside of the penis that is burning. If you are hanging weights try and pull some skin up towards your hips if your stretching down. If you feel worse pain then it might be the skin stretching and not the inners of your penis. Just a thought.

You should have no burning sensation. If you are then its what atroberts06 said, it’s skin stretch and unless you want to look uncut (unless you already are) then, with the weight off and clamp loosened pull the skin out from under the clamp towards the pelvis and then clamp up again. It will feel instantly better.

There are some that say you need initial skin stretch or there is nothing for the penis to “grow” into. Bigger advocates a week or so of dedicated skin stretch.


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

That’s just plain hog wash, The power of the corpus cavernosa pushing on both the extra length from stretching the ligs and the tunica is enough to stretch the skin. The skin doesn’t have any strength to hold anything back. Actually it is the first to give. After 3 years of hanging I have extra skin to the point where when flaccid I look like I’m uncut. Not fully but my skin covers half of my glans and if it’s really cold it’ll cover completely. I didn’t do any deliberate skin stretching.

What you have to look at also is, as you grow in length your not going to give up any of the flaccid ability to contract so there will be extra skin when contracted that will still translate into tight skin when erect because your longer.

IOW don’t worry about skin stretch or girth growth when hanging, both will come along for the ride. At the same time there is no need to experience the burning or stinging from skin stretch when hanging. You might was well be comfortable so you can concentrate on how the ligs feel.

I’ve always thought so too Monty, regarding the need for skin stretch and the ability or lack thereof to grow.
