Bib hanging at different angles

Bib hanging at different angles

When I use the bib hanger, so far I just hang it downward as I am sitting. Are there instructionals on bib hanging at different angles so that I can stretch different ligaments? I have read a few threads, but I’m a very picture oriented person and it is hard to decipher..

Like for example, terms that are confusing are:

OTC?
Fulcrum?

Hanging at different angles is basically the same than stretching at different angles : up, down, left, right etc.

To understand OTS and similar terms, just stick with the mouse pointer on the word for some seconds.

Don’t worry about fulcrums until you’ve had a lot of hanging experience (at least a number of months). The only fulcrum you’ll probably need is the RSDT (rice sock duct tape).

Start with just 1 hanging angle… OTS over the shoulder, BTC between the cheeks, SO straight out, SD straight down…
You probably shouldn’t start with UTL/ OTL under the leg/ over the leg

I recommend using a 4” pvc halfpipe attached to the front of your chair. This can provide SO, SD, and BTC angles. Of course you dont need a device for UTL/ OTL, so the only other devices you’ll eventually need will be for OTS, and maybe an RSDT.

Hi Blink,

A picture of it would be great help.

Thanks in advance
