I haven’t hung for three months

I am starting back up because I gained nothing in 10 weeks of jelqing.

All BTC for the ligs. I stopped months ago because my weight got too high and hanging became painful on the penis.

I am starting with 40 minutes of hang time in the morning and 40 at night
Hopefully this will keep the ligs fatigued throughout the day and I can get some gains
(80 minutes total)

All I freakin want is freakin length and I’ve been struggling for it this whole year.


Good luck tiger. I’ve been struggling with the length for a lot longer. I hang when I have the privacy and time, which isn’t much.

Still, I firmly believe that if and when I have the privacy and time to put in a few hours of hanging a day, it will yield results.

Is it possible for you to hang for more than 80 minutes each day? I’d also recommend using an ADS during the time that you cannot hang, if this would be possible for you. For example, the AutoExtender is a really good product. I don’t know if such an ADS will help on its own, at least if length is not easy for you, but in addition to hanging, it’s bound to help some.

If you hang like that for 6 days a week you should see gains if you are reaching fatique. Try to not use more weight than it takes. If you don’t see gains with that program try doing 3-4 20 min sets at one time instead of twice a day.

I will definitely see how this routine works out.

I do it like this for now only because I have privacy only in the morning and late at night since I am home from college now- mom dad bro and two sisters-not much privacy

I did get 1/4 in 3.5 weeks a couple months ago using the wench-which then started to get too uncomfortable and I ended up getting really shitty PE sessions in and eventually just stopped without anymore gains. Starting up with the bibstarter. I am really hoping for some gains before aug 1st. (7weeks from now) which is when I go back to school early for baseball.

I’d like to think 1/4 by that time isn’t wishful thinking, but realistic thinking. I feel as though I can’t really apply the LOT theory to myself just because I can’t seem to judge the pull back. I’ve seen pictures of HIGH exit point-low exit points, and diagrams or low LOTS/high LOTS. I seemed like I had a low LOT (three months ago) yet a high exit point-which doesn’t really make sense.

Either way I did tunica stretching and jelqing for the past 10 weeks and didn’t get a damn thing in length, so I atleast hope I “raised my LOT” for some more lig gains if anything

Feel free to gimme some rah rah encouragement to make me feel like the time I’m about to put in for the next seven weeks daily will pay off.

****All I have ever wanted from PE is length. I am 6’4 with only a 7.25 long penis-not in proportion (not bpel or nbpel- I measure from the side since my wang has a slight upward curve, I feel it is the most accurate measurement of my length-I don’t push into my ‘fatpad’ - I just measure)

I really really really hope and also pray for daily that my time and effort will pay off. I’ve been at it for so long that I’m starting to think this is all a joke and PE really doesn’t work like people claim it to. Well either way.I’ll do the best I can til aug 1st


Congrats on starting back up, I also recently started back up, also with the BibStarter. I was doing 80min hang time also, but with more reading I’ve upped it to 120min hang time. Many hangers feel 10 hours weekly is optimum for gains, as I didn’t want to spend more time in the long run, I increased my daily time, and must say that my sessions are exponentially more intense. I start at 10lbs and by the end I’m only hanging 5lbs and it’s pretty hardcore fatigue.

Seriously, what about heat? Have you read Shiver’s heat thread? If I had your kevlar tunica, I’d be thinking about heat and icing down afterwards.

Personally I do a warmup with hot water pre-hanging, then I use an IR lamp through the first 4 sets, and turn it off and let things naturally cool down for the last 2 sets.

I can’t get the hanger to go on without stretching my skin/and still stretching my ligs. I already have so much extra skin from hanging before, so I sure as hell don’t want this to happen again. Maybe my ligs are already just too stretched out.


No skin stretch when I hang straight out, but there’s too much head pressure, and I didnt gain a damn thing stretching the tunica for two and a half months so I don’t feel like going there again either

Any of you hangers out there jelq and get length results? I jelqed and didn’t get any results, but I never knew what kind of routine to follow. Some people swear on jelqing and resting a lot, others say jelq as much as possible. WTF. In reality a penis is a penis is a penis and all penises in reality SHOULD react the same way to the same trama it endures so there really should be a set way as to how often to jelq and no one out there can ever answer it.

Although jelqing does seem logical for gains=constantly expanding the amount of blood the penis holds over time=longer cock. Seems realistic. I just wish there was some one out there who could describe how to really do the fuckin exercise and not blah blah about it. It makes me think this PE stuff isn’t real and I’m wasting my time. Which pisses me off

Concerning hanging, I did a bit of reading here at Thunders and tried to estimate an average flaccid-stretched-length (FSL) gain per month. As data I used progress reports from names like Hobby, Monthy, and Paragoomba etc. Names which does not belong to easy gainers or someone not very serious about PE. Anyway I found out an average gain of 1-2mm (0.04-0.08inch) per month in FSL is quite good. Please remember this is not erect gains but flaccid-stretched-length gains, which mean you, might not be able to detect/measure gains in the first few months. Lest say you gain 1mm (FSL)/month then you have to wait about 4 month before you with absolute certainty are able to detect the gain. In other words hanging takes time (sigh).
