Back to hanging
I haven’t hung for three months
I am starting back up because I gained nothing in 10 weeks of jelqing.
All BTC for the ligs. I stopped months ago because my weight got too high and hanging became painful on the penis.
I am starting with 40 minutes of hang time in the morning and 40 at night
Hopefully this will keep the ligs fatigued throughout the day and I can get some gains
(80 minutes total)
All I freakin want is freakin length and I’ve been struggling for it this whole year.
