Fellow PE’ers and Hangers,

Does anyone else have lower back pain after hanging? It is not debilitating but bothersome enough that I notice. Recently stepped up my session time and weight and don’t want to reverse course. Just hoping if anyone has this issue and if you have found a solution?

I don’t hang, but I pump seated for extended periods. A towel with a couple folds under my thighs, rotates my pelvis enough for relief. You might try that or one of those automotive memory foam boosters for “short” drivers, to help keep the balance of body weight between your buttocks and legs.

What angle do you hang? Vac or compression? I would have got some when hanging with compression hanger going BTC. I now hand with vac hanger SO, no back pain and can sit very comfortably in my chair
