Anybody gained with Vac Hanger?

I remember the last time I was reading the boards, there was a lot of talk about how comfortable vac hangers were; easier to use, easier for uncut guy, longer sets etc.

But nobody seemed to be gaining with them, certainly not like guys used to talk about in Bibs time.

Has much changed, any big vac hanger gainers?

An inch my first 6 months. Since that time, 2-3 years ago, I haven’t been consistent enough to make real gains, but thats gonna change. Time for another set. I switched to hanging after manual gains stalled for 2 years.

I’ve made all of my length gains (1.25” or so) with the vac hanger.

I got almost all my gains from Vac-hanger. I’ve never tried the Bib, so I cannot compare, but I hung up to 9 pounds with mine.

Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Goal: 8 x 6

When you hang 9 lbs do you tape your glans? I just started and have worked up to 5 lbs but do notice I can only do it 20 minutes and then my glans becomes obviously swollen. I might have to tape if I go heavier. It is comfortable though as opposed to the noose extender I’ve tried.

I never taped no, but 9 is a little much, I gained less at that weight and couldn’t to more than 15 minutes (donut and pain).
