Again topic of differet angles low erection people
I think I have made more progress in a week then I did in my first three months of hanging. I read BTC BTC BTC all over and thats of course what I did. I didn’t want to waist any time and be efficient. But as we progress we learn, and I am still learning but wanted to share and ask opinions of others. I am getting the BEST pulling and fatigue (awesome) from angles straight down and UP. I haven’t hit OTS yet I will this weekend get some rope and set something up. But I really am excited and think I am going to gain fast now. I think for us low erection people the ligaments are fanned out more wider so we have to hit different angles. Anyone else?
