It’s only supposed to be either one set added per week or around 1lb, not both. He’s been hanging for 2 weeks and hanging now up to 10lbs. I guess I just mean upping the weight and time all at once puts alot of stress on the penis and it may adapt quicker that way making gains harder. (In Theory)
I was kind of expecting it to have the opposite effect. Just as it gets used to the one weight, in comes a higher one and it can’t adapt. Plus, It’s not really consistent. Sometimes, I start with a lower weight, sometimes with the higher weight. Sometimes I lower the weight steadily (during a set) sometimes I raise it.
No workout has ever been the same day to day. I thought that would prevent my my dick from adapting. As would increasing weight steadily, I thought, anyway.
