Well, I’m fatiguing at about 3 sets (20 minutes each) at 13 pounds. So would you suggest I just keep adding sets or weight?

I warm up for 20 minues before between and after sets with a rice sock

Sets. Time. Time is more important than weight. The more total time, the better.
