I was started back to hanging with a vengence doing it twice a day but it is absolutely killing me to do it so I’m having to cut back to just once a day. What are you guys’ thoughts on weights like 12 and up. I think it really depends on your wrap as well. As soon as I hit 12 1/2 pounds i’m sitting there the whole time like yelling and shit at the top of my lungs cuz it hurts so bad! lol

It shouldn’t hurt. How much movement are you seeing on your hanger when you load on the weight?
