I don’t have a sleeve for it, but I used the thumb part of a latex glove instead, is it ok to do that? The head is really small and squished in it.

I have the same trouble with the extender. I think most people do, as it is under some distortion in the appliance.

It’s probably worse using the ‘thumbsleeve’ as it is thinner than the proper sleeve. So you might like to try two thumbs, or maybe a finger inside the thumb.

It might be worth using some lubricant in the sleeve to allow the head to move slightly rather than be pulled out of shape by the friction of the rubber. Also it might be worth just using it for short periods and allow things to recover.

I hope no-one reads this out of context as it sounds positively disgusting :D

Haha, well the rubber glove only worked once, it’s impossible to get it back on, I musta been lucky. I tried with a condom but the damn thing is so lubricated it slips right out. I’m soo frustrated.

Did you tear the glans sleeve, the small one that is meant cover the tip, or did you tear the big one (open cylinder)? The glans cap isn’t necessary, that’s just to reduce fluid buildup, but it doesn’t work that way for all people. If the main sleeve is intact, go ahead and hang.
