Technical question to the skilled guys

Hi guys. I’m Davide, a 26 years old guy from Italy.
I’ve began, about 10 days ago, to use a penile traction device - the Penimaster Pro- which i find really comfortable. But i’ve got some doubts about the usage, and i hope that some people can answer to my questions.

Long story short, my flaccid penis, when full stretched, is like 16/16.5 cm NBPEL. But, since i suffer from Peyronie’s disease, my fibrosis sometimes makes to me really hard to stretch it so far. That’s why, when i use the penimaster and try to extend until the 16.5 cm, i have some slippages of the glans from the suction cup (penis tissues “resist” to the stretch). I can stretch it to 15 /15.5 cm maximum most of the times, and i use it for about 5 hours a day.

My question is: will this be effective the same for growth, even if i’m using it while stretching until 15.5 cm and not until 16.5cm? Or, to see gains, i have to stretch to the maximum lenght?

Two bonus questions are:
1. With this protocol (penis stretched until 15.5cm instead 16.5cm for 5h a day), how many gains can i expect, by average?
2. After how much time the traction gives the first noticeable results? Days, weeks, months..?

Thank you to everyone, sorry for my bad english, i hope that you will understand properly my questions. God bless you and thanks to anyone who read until here.

Hello. I would say that stretching for hours - at 15/15,5 due to Peyronies - will give you some result. How much result is impossible to say, as that varies from man to man over a given time. Just hang in there and be ready to do this for months and years to come. There’s no easy way, no fast way, just tension over time.

How much gains can you expect ? That is hard to say, as Peyronies will make it tougher to gain, but many guys have had great gains while fighting Peyronies. Because of your condition it will take more effort to get there, but remember that you already have a penis bigger than average, and every gain is a bonus.

The first noticeable results usually comes within months - some are getting them after just some weeks, ( lucky guys), but getting gains that are not «temporarily» gains, I would say that gains you are keeping after months of work, are of the permanent sort.

Do not worry that you cannot stretch your penis to the same lenght as your erect one, there are many guys that can’t do that, despite not having Peyronies, but they usually stretch past erect after months/years of work. A gain in flaccid stretched is usually a sign of erect gains to come. Good luck.

For the slippage problem , stop using vac and start extending with the penimaster front piece with the strap.

About the how much is your Flaccid stretched length is something that it doesn t matter when using an extender…. The only thing that matters is the grams of tension that are being used. You will gain Flaccid stretched length.

No one can predict the gains that can happenen with any method.

As an average , most people start seeing erect gains in the 300h mark of extending.(IF they do it right)

Hello, I’m new to the whole extender thing, I just got mine three days ago (size genetics) and it was hard for me to figure out how to put it on, I didn’t know how to put on the noose, so I went with the strap which hurt my “head”, I used the protection pad and it helped sort of. Anyway, the real reason I’m on here today, is because I had trouble with the elongation bars, I have a girth bigger than the front piece could fit, so I used smallest bars to make it easier to fit. The bars keep getting stuck inside the front piece, I would try to screwing them in as tight as possible, but they keep getting stuck and this time I think for good, and to make matters worse, one of the springs fell into the faucet and I can’t get it out, any help? I really hope I didn’t waste my money on loose, discombobulated bars.

Finally, if there isn’t anything that can be done, would you able to recommenced an extender that works the best and comes with the least amount of problems?

Hello,

I am curious why you do not recommend the Vac style extender? Slippage?

It also interesting that you are guided by the tension as opposed to seeking a stretch beyond your normal stretched flaccid length.

I am not new to PE but I am new to bar extenders.

This company has thought of everything.

I think you should modify the way you set up your extender such that your penis bends opposite of your undesired curvature, that is peyronie’s. Use a wooden or plastic rod to apply pressure on the opposite side to stretch the fibroid as mush as possible.

Sept 2020 BPEL 16.5-17.5 cm, BPFLS 17.5-18 cm. Clamped x4+ BPEL 18-19 cm. Head girth 12.5 cm, MSG 16 cm, BG 16.5 to 18 cm

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.

One more thing. Statistically, better results are achieved in routines that include more than extending. Include something like manual stretching, jelqing, pumping, or clamping and pulling (only for advanced). Also, warming up with a hot towel and making sure everything hangs loose helps so much.
