Hey everyone,

Finally spring time and my schedule/personal tine opens back up and I can get back to PE. I had a question for everyone. Lately all the studies for overall body fitness has been to do High Intensity Interval Training. Short, intense workouts that do much more for your body than long sustained workouts.

My idea is why not take this theory and put it into practice in PE. Im not quite sure how it would be done. Maybe once a day do 30 seconds of hard jelqing followed by 1 minute of rest. Do 10 sets of those and your workout is done in 15 minutes. You could do any exercise hard for 30 seconds.

Im guess you would need some conditioning at first. Has anyone thought or tried a program like this? If it is anything like how normal muscle responds it could turn out to be great.

First of all, you can’t do short interval muscle training without getting physically fit first.

Second your cock doesn’t respond like muscle. Even after getting your cock conditioned by gradually adding force and time, you cannot then start a routine by going hard and fast. It will cause injury every time.

Your muscles have a built in defense in that by their very nature, muscles have the strength to fight back. Your cock has no such defenses and is totally at the mercy of the force you put on it. So take it easy and get your results from moderation and patience.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I thought it did act as muscle as far as the breakdown and rebuilding due to micro-tears. Im by no means a expert or doctor just seeing if this has been thought of before. Maybe good for those that have hit a plateau to stress it back to growing. Since muscle and your body in general adapts to things I think something like this would work if done right. Thats the key word, right.

I guess I cannot post in normal section this is by no means a beginners thing.
