Glans Size

Wasn’t sure if the head would react the same way as the tunica/shaft in the tube (=well it kind of did for me).

I know various pump tube sources have glans increase tubes or features. I have to think the Size Doctor actually focuses the vacuum on the glans even better. The Phallosan can also have a similar effect. There are times I go from the SD after three hours into the Phallosan for a different type of stretch, with the glans requiring use of the XL Phallosan bell, which then shapes the glans (and keeps the size) a bit differently. And, I find it very difficult to initially get into the large Phallosan bell now even without prior PE, so there must have been a size increase. But, tape and cap on glans always in both!

I’m really happy with the size doctor (game changer) iv managed to add a 1/4 inch bar today and decided I would try wearing it in the spa , pleased to report it was good no malfunctions and my dick got a great hot stretch , definitely noticing a difference now after week 3 it should have been 4 weeks but had to take a week off which I think was very beneficial.

Early August Experiences

Per my progress logs, the SD has been a key part of my gains, I think. The only problem is getting blisters if not careful. I have gone to an ordinary stretch device without a vacuum head as an alternative when I get a blister, but it does not get the stretch seen with the SD. It seems to me the physics of a pull by the head logically will work better, but the balance is the suction and time. Yes, we’ve all heard this here, but personal experience is always the teacher we listen to. So, I am now applying a bit of liquid bandage over typical blister prone area(s), then the 3m tape, maybe some powder, then a latex cap…then I use just enough suction to ensure the head will stay seated, versus the extra pump to get the head to fill the chamber. And…no more than an hour at a time without removal and a bit of massaging (and checking). Sitting here now into hour three of the SD with heat. A measure last hour shows right around where I had been (+/- 8” in the SD). Will see if there’s any unpleasant surprise beneath the tape on removal, but I don’t feel any tell-tale sting yet….
