phallosan warning

I purchased the phallosan forte + phallosan plus, which is just a rod extender mount to wear the phallosan as a extender.

The pack all together is 400 euro. Nearly 450 dollar or so
Phallosan forte comes with 3 hard plastic bell sizes so you choose the one fits better and that´s all you have: 1 bell.

So mine fell to the ground the distance of 40-50cm an cracked.

No replacement parts available from the company. You can only buy more of the sleeves as replacements. They dont offer any other replacement parts at all

So all the 400 euro investment depend on none of the parts wear off or breaks.
It´s a total waste of money.

Everyone reading: dont buy phallosan. It´s near-scam level of customer-service.
At any point, a critical crack on the bell will ruin the vacuum and you have 450 dolars worth of useless crap

That stinks.

Could you repair the crack with epoxy or anything? Seems terrible to just lose all that money…

Maybe you could try to replace it with a “cheap model” of phallosan bell (ebay) like mine for few dollars.

It´s too hard to repair because the phallosan design is complex and has a special kind of seal

The thing is if you replace the bell, and the attachment, and the suction bellows that phallosan has, you only can recycle the sleeves… so it´s a waste of money anyway…

At least the extension rods are standard but even the type of springs in the extender is too strong and hard to crank… very bad

I could, but it´s the most complex bell out there. The air seal has some intrincate corners and you can´t resort to using excess of glue, because other parts wouldnt fit anymore and the seal would be compromised anyway…. the extender mount and the vacuum bellows works if the bell has integrity. Otherwise, 450 dollar worth of crap.

I am now just recycling the extender rod extensions and the silicone sleeves that you unroll along the penis shaft, but I am using the bell from MoS shop that i found fit the same size standard.
Actually MoS model has a more intelligent/simpler mount in the extender and is overall better.

I wonder why they deny access to replacement parts… it´s so absurd.
They must have a reason

My understanding is that you can purchase replacement bells if that is what is broken. Customer service can be slow but I have been successful ordering replacement parts. I also have the PF Plus and the bars are interchangeable with bars on eBay. The Plus base is too small for me so I purchased a larger base on eBay. Many, including myself, have had success with PF. I would urge you to press for a response from customer service before you move on.

People had their faulty PF replaced before . They take time but catch hold of their sales REP on forums.
