Phallosan forte wrapping

Hello can anyone tell me how to wrap the head of my penis for the phallosan forte as the one they supply is to hard to put on and I keep getting edema un the glands which hurts.

You can use the phallosan without wrapping or using the glans cap! They advise you to stop using them after a couple of weeks anyway in the manual. I don’t use anything and the edema went after a few uses…

Yeh but my glans feel sore why is that

Feels sore when using the cap? The cap made feel sore, and then when I stopped using it after a few weeks I didn’t get any issues.

No feels sore when not using it I think I might of had the vacuum to high as I tried it with less vacuum and it felt better my gland were a bit red and I just felt like pissing all the time

They supply 3 suction cups. I use the one to which I can barely fit. I’ll put corn starch or wet the head of my penis and slowly finger my glans into the cup while applying and releasing suction until I just about fill it up. I can go all day without a problem with the cup/bell. Also, they provide a small super stretchy finger condom. If I stretch this over the glans and have minimal to no air in it, it’s even way more comfortable. The only problem I have is the ring on the base of the sleeve is hard and gives me a burning sensation after a while especially if I’m sleeping or not physically active. Stopping and massaging or just readjust the belt to the opposite side helps. Also, reducing tension helps, as too much can hurt.

An alternative is to tape your glans. You’ll have to try different tapes, and I’m sure there is a medical grade tape that is easy to take off.

I put a fold of cloth tape in the bottom of the cup, covering the vent hole. This seems to keep the glans tissue from getting irritated by the vent hole. Also, I use an LG Hanger sleeve instead of the sleeves that come with the Forte.

If the cup fits your glans snugly, it will only take one or two pumps of vacuum for your unit to be held secure.

Do you have to size the width of the LG hanger sleeve to the cup? The sleeve that comes with the Phallosan is uncomfortable at the end that touches the shaft after 2-4 . Is the LG also uncomfortable in this manner? Are you using the LG sleeve to cover the whole shaft?
