Penis extender? ?

I have just bought a penis extender and I only have a 5,2” penis and I can not get even the smallest bar on to fit my penis, though it doesn’t feel like it streches without it, I need help ASAP?

What kind of penis extender? A pic would help a lot. I don’t think size is the issue, yours is in the average.

There should be pieces to each rod that you can unscrew to make it shorter .

How long are your shortest rods? My extender has rods that are like 1/2”, maybe even 1/4”. Marinera is right, a picture would really help here. I’m not sure I really understand the problem, because you are not extremely short, you are about average.

1/4” and 1/2” inch, but my penis can’t fit in when I have any of the rods in.. As for a picture I am using a mobile phone and I get no option about adding a picture, this is all new to me and I could really do with getting some extra size, but I feel so clueless

From my experience your issue may be a need to learn how to manually stretch your flaccid penis as you fit it in the extender cradle. I remember I had this problem when I started and I was about the size you are now. The manuals do not explain this. Assuming it is a spring based extender you need to stretch your penis as much as possible with one hand while pushing back the extender cradle back into your pubis with the palm of your other hand to compress the springs while leaving the fingers in that hand free to tighten the noose or strap. After you are conditioned this will become less of an issue as your flaccid grows.

I greatly appreciate it, it is a spring based mechanism, I have also noticed I can’t change grams as I hear other talk about (900g, 1200g, 1500g) does just tightening the cogs (can’t think of proper name) work with the same effect

Also what can aid enlargement, I hear about jelq and kegel, I have tried researching kegel and have no clue to it at all and just wondering what it does and if it would help me

Yes, listen to Austfred on this one, he really knows his stuff when it comes to extenders.

The nuts will adjust tension, more compressed spring means more tension. Those 900, 1200, 1500 numbers are usually the tension you get when you adjust the nuts to the notches marked on the bars. 900=least compressed, 1500=most compressed.

Hi mc_rolla

Rootsnatty has explained how the notches relate to extender tension. The next issue you will face is to get sufficient tension in your penis when you first strap it in so you can get sufficient spring compression by turning the screws to say get the springs compress to the first notch. Once you get there you have the extender under control.

From what I read here and at PEGym on extenders when I first started most advise a slow but steady increase in time in traction and then gradually increasing the tension. Do a search on extender routines both in Thunders and PEGym.

Yes both jelq and kegel are great tools in your PE armoury. Jelqing is sort of milking your penis like a dairyman milks a cow. Its a way of forcing the blood towards the head of the penis (glans). I find the inverted V technique is great and jelqing is good to do after an extender session. Kegeling is essentially exercising the muscles in the pelvic floor by contraction and release. Apparently the word was borrowed from the exercise women do to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles after birth. I am no expert on jelqing and kegeling. Do as I do and read widely on Thunders and will find a lot about both the benefits and and who to do them etc.

It can be worn every day but I would not recommend that. I suggest a five day on two day off routine is not a bad idea. Also a week off every now and then. When you get into extending like most PE you are likely to find your erection quality (EQ) improve. After a while you are likely to find EQ dropping off. That is sign you need a break. During the break your EQ should come soon come back and then you are ready to start again.

I have the same problem when I started but mine wasn’t even an average less than 4 so I jelqed for four month before I could put it on with some difficulties Now it is a different story I am on the longest and shortest bars I give a damn about my size so longI can satisfy my ladies and do them from behind.
