I got a proextender

This fucker this a good stretch. But as time passes by in to the 2 hour a pain is received. By the 3rd hour I’m waiting for the 4th hour to begin. 4th hour never comes, I feel so much pain in the 3rd only that I take it off.

What I do to decrease the pain and increase my time.

I tried with short or normal as well.

But same. at the 3rd hour shit just hits the fan for me.

I’ve never been able to wear my extender for longer than an hour at a time. If I was trying for a multi hour session, I’d rest for 15 minutes while doing some firegoat rolls and then strap up for another hour. I have well over 500 hrs with it, but havent been using it recently.

As Titleist said, slow down. Take some rest days then start again at a lower intensity and time frame and build up over a couple of weeks. Your dick needs to get conditioned to PE activity.

I’ve never gotten gains from an extender, which is a real shame because I put together a really good rig with I think about 14 inches worth of rod extension and a vacuum cup.

The silicone shealths rip when they rub against the bars or against the lip of the vacuum cup. If you want to make them last you need to take a ring of silicone from a torn shealth and put it around the rim of the vacuum cup before putting the main silicone shealth over the rim.

Hangers are easier to use and I think safer because they have a set amount of force while the extender springs can vary wildly, change over time, and be completely depressed making the amount of force used totally unknown.

But again, I’ve never gotten gains from extenders or high weight hanging for that matter. I think using too much force on the penis is counter productive for gains.

4 hours?! That’s crazy.
Most I’ve ever been able to tolerate in an extender is a little over 2 hours.

When it hurst, take a break. You can accomplish much more time, tension, and stretch with several shorter sessions than one long one.
