Need a base of extender machined from aluminum.

My static stretcher base breaks where the hinges attach. I want a new one custom machined out of aluminum. Does anyone know someone who can do it and at what cost? Obviously ill need all edges that come in contact with me rounded.

Perhaps you can purchase an aluminum ring and drill holes big enough for the rods on each side. Since it’s completely flat, you can place some padding like the silicone stuff used for pump cylinders or cloth.

Kinda want a machine shop to make a near replica.
