How Far Should I Be Stretching

I think that this would make a lot of sense (in case its still comfortable), so I am wondering why there is no kind of a clear programm that recommends this or any other more concret way of training besides saying “do it just as you feel” , although this is of course important.
I mean, they tested it for so long, so they should have an idea, right?

If you can’t add 100g then it makes no sense.
If you wait for anarbitrary day to add 100g you might’ve extended many days without any progression.
I doubt there is a formula that applies to everyone. Dogmatics doesn’t make good PE. The biggest gainers totally tuned into their personal M.O.
The margins between no impact and no gain and too much and injury are tight.

I would say extending to approx. maximum stretch is best. When I did extending I slowly extended further sometimes from set to set.
If I felt there is no slight(!) uncomfort I would go a mm further until I get there.

I think this is an excellent framework.

I’d rad about stretching 1.5 past your stretched flacks, but it’s not possible. Also, I’m using a noose, and when I set the length of the extender to the suggested length, the noose sits tight around my glans and pulls it down, making it go cold quite quickly. So, as much as it might makes me feel shorter, I think I’ll shorten the extender so that it sits a bit further back on my shaft (I’m circumcised). And as for the traction control screws, whatever I do doesn’t seem to make any difference. I guess it’s all about finding out what works for you.

New to extending too, and reading this I take it I should be easing up on the noose a bit, given that my head gets a bit cold when I tighten the noose. I’m just always worried that the head will slip through, since it’s so difficult to get the thing in there in the first place.

Worry less about slippage then you should circulation. I feel circulation is a big part of doing it right and seeing the benefits. Start it at a length were it’s not fighting the pull so much. You’ll be able to build it up to where you probably are now but your penis won’t resist as much anymore and you don’t have to grip as tight. Just my opinion though. In my experience, how your penis reacts immediately after you take the extender off is key to knowing where you’re at.

Just remember to take it off for a few mins every 30-45 mins. Massage and heat are very helpful.
