How Do You Make Extenders Bearable?

The one thing that stands between achieving my goal of using an extender for 8-12hrs daily is the extreme bad ball burn. This problem is well documented and its caused by cutoff of scrotum circulation and skin stretching.

How do you get around it? Its so discouraging and depressing and Im considering using strong painkillers because that would be worth it to get the time in.

If you have $30 to spare, VacExtender offers a silicone cushion to be slid onto the base of your dick before putting on your extender. However if your base girth is in excess of 5.5”, it may be too tight.

My base is small like 4” or less when flaccid so no problem.

I stumbled across a solution that works for me. I had a sling (perfect fit armor up) that is intended to be worn behind the balls to push out your package. However if you wear it in front of the balls then it provides a sturdy cushioned base for the extender to press against. It also spreads the load and, for me, has eliminated the scrotum pain.

I rarely use my extender. Instead I just hang a 2.5 pound weight from a Vac 3. I can easily log 8 hours a day. 2.5 pounds is equal to the highest tension on my Penimaster. I use the Vac 3 with my Penimaster if I am sitting down, but I know what your saying; I get sore after about 3 hours. I did some sanding on the PM base just so I could stand 3 hours of it.

Most of the time I just free hang the 2.5 pounds. I am quite happy with the gains I have made. If you decide to do this, slowly work up to the 2.5 pounds. A pouch of lead buckshot is pretty discreet. I am on a farm, so I don’t worry much about the weight hanging down my leg.

That sounds amazing. I think living on and operating a farm would be a very fulfilling life, working for yourself every day.

I use the lycra skin from stealthware to cover the base of the penimaster so the plastic does not contact my body. The lycra slides along the skin and doesn’t pinch it. I also use a piece of the same skin to cover my penis before wrapping with either the penimaster silicone comfort band or a 2” wide exercise band used for resistance training.

The key is keep the plastic and rubber off your skin. If you don’t have lycra, use a small, tight pair of pantyhose. Cut a 4”-6” section so you have a tube that can cover the base of your extender and then another similarly sized piece to cover your penis at the attachment point if you are not using a suction device.

Direct contact between lead and skin is not recommended due to health risks from the lead.

Not to worry. I have used slugs sealed inside a piece of galvanized pipe, but it is good to point this out. Thanks for making my post safer.

Tungsten would work even better. Tungsten is 1.7 x’s as dense as lead, and if you get the Ni alloyed it’s not toxic; expensive though.

I wish I could find some nice nickel tungsten glans rings.

I am 840 hours in with the X4 penis extender. I use it around 4 days a week and never more than 4 hours a day, my average is more like 3 hours. I take 10 to 20 minute breaks between every 30 to 45 minute set in the extender. As I move through a set progression within the day the amount of time that I can wear the extender and be comfortable becomes less as each set stresses blood circulation. This is my personal PI, which I am very careful not to push through.

Ball burn was an issue in the early days, but at that time I was pushing hard for long hours. Factors that have helped are:

Conditioning from use
Backing off on the total hours
Shorter sets with longer breaks

I am taking a more conservative approach, the trade off is that it may take me three times as long to reach my goal.

I guess that’s the nature of PE, a slow and steady grind.

I agree with your less for longer agenda.
Over and over I see PE’ers go at it hard, and then get discouraged and quit without any gains, and perhaps worse; some permanent injury.
Pain, injury, and the lack of EQ is our body telling us something.
Those who get gains seem to be the ones who are consistent, and conservative.
