How do I interpret these gains ...

How do I interpret these gains ...

Have been extending for a while though I am not pushing myslef just using once a day or every two days gently.

Lately I have notice my dick really streches about 1.5 inches after using the extender.

So I wonder How do I interpret this as a temp gain, gain or just normally steching but nothing happens until fully streched?

You have bone pressed and non-bone pressed measurements.

Bone pressed are more accurate as the bone will not move, you will just push into the fat pad to track a gain.

Non-bone pressed is your usable penis as people like to say and the measurement can be less accurate if you gain more fat in your fat pad or lose which can vary the results.

Flaccid stretch length is when you stretch the penis as far as it can go and it will give you a close measurement to your erect length. I found that after a while your penis becomes more stretchy after a routine and can stretch a little longer. I myself haven’t experienced any gains even though my flaccid length increased but some people say that it can be a sign that your erect length may increase soon but im not sure if its been proven.

If you get an erect gain it will be a GAIN as long as you measured correctly the first time. Just make sure you continue what you are doing and do not push any harder until all gains have STOPPED. Then continue to cement those gains so they dont go away. For example if you reach a certain length through gains then just suddenly stop you will most likely lose it. Slow and steady wins the race :)

I am still a newbie myself but anyone else can correct me if I am wrong about anything.

Seems like a big jump to me from just an extender. I’d recommend monitoring BPSFL for a little while to get better data.

I’m reading from your post that your BPSFL increases 1.5 after using extender. Is that right?

Not sure what BPSFL means guys. Yes it does to that level after twenty minutes of holding in the stretcher and that happens with low libido because I think I am overtraining in he gym.

Thank for the explanation but I think I found the problem myself the reason of my variations are weather, state of mind, overtraining at the gym as in the last two weeks.. Not in itself a question of measurements but where and how I managed to get one size one day and another the next.

Possibly you had a good session and you trained it well and warmed up and eased into the stretch etc. But the next time around you didnt so maybe it didnt respond the same way.

Regardless if you know you measured correctly it should have the potential to get back to that length. Just do what you were doing to begin with and take it easy.

Yes it does after a while it streches like an elastic but my guess it is one’s dick measurement there are lots of variables to be considered measurements to the T. Measuring do not do not take into acount these varibilities as stated on my post above.including emotional states so basically one day you can be a 7 or an 8 or whatever it may be .

This is why BPFSL is probably the most consistently reliable way to measure. Now I know we don’t have sex with a flaccid penis and we can’t use the penis that is buried in the fat pad but this for me is the best way to eliminate most variables.

Dig that ruler into the same spot every time and pull as much as you can tolerate. You will find that you will no longer have these differences of an inch between measurements.
It isn’t the most comfortable way to measure but it will be reliable.

nahh I do not care of this BPFSL or anything else these are just gains and I found the root of the problem just test levels vary from day to day according to the work I do may be as older bloke my drop quite substantially at times so one inch difference is to be expected . Besides I am not trying to measure it basiacally I do not care What I care about is how comfortable and ejoyable she feels with it can and want to play with it? That is my ultimate objective.

The other dy when I looked at it I was suprised anyway I had done a lot of physical activity quite different to gym moving furtniture is demanding and removing carpets is also demanding all in one day itwas too much for my dick.

You should care about measurements, though. Otherwise, how will you know if what you are doing is working? BP measurements, whether flaccid or erect, are the way that you know for sure whether you are gaining. She can tell you that it feels better, but that can’t really guide any changes that you need to make to your routine.
