High tension or low tension

Hi I’ve Ben using a cheap extender for about 2 months. For about 8 hours a day high tension.

Longer Hours of low tension OR 5-6 hours of high tension?

Longer time under tension and less force is usually what is recommended. Do you do any stretches along with wearing the extender? It should help.

I should add that I do manual stretches too and to be honest I feel like Manuel stretches are doing it right. Like when you manually stretch, you actually feel the tug and pull on the tunica, but not with the extender. I feel like I may need a new extender. And I don’t wanna hear about what is safer, I just wanna hear what gave who the best results. I’m young it seems like my penis adapts to anything and heals quickly

High Tension Low Tension Question

I’m new to this and a lot of the abbreviations and words go over my head. I wanted to understand what low tension means. I presume it mean your penis is not stretched to the maximum in the stretcher ( I own a quick extension pro ) but that it has a little room where you could stretch it out more.. Is that low tension?

Yes low tension is a weaker traction pull. And high tension is when it’s almost as far as your penis can stretch.

I think the right tension should feel good. Start out light, and build up slowly until you start seeing gains, and then stay there until there are no more gains, then add a little more. I think you can grow an inch or so this way. I added 1.25 inches EL, and some nice girth, but then I switched to just pumping for a year, and lost some of my length. Now I am back to traction to get my gains back, and just doing a little pumping; mostly for EQ. This is the second time I quit traction, and started pumping, and I lost EL last time also.

For traction I don’t think we are stretching anything, we are merely encouraging growth of new cells. I think a lot of the no gainers over do it. They work so hard at it, and end up with nothing. Other people work less hard maybe even call it gentle, but they are consistent, and they seem to be the ones who gain an inch to and inch and a half. It will take a year or two, and it has been my experience the gains aren’t quite permanent. I thought I could keep the gains by just pumping occasionally, I kept girth gains, but lost length. I don’t know what it will take to maintain my gains yet, but I am hoping maybe 4 hours a week of traction for EL, and 2 hours of pumping for EQ and girth would do it.

This has been my experience, but we all seem to be a little different.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Thank you for validating what I’ve been thinking and read from some other posters. I would also add that a maintenance program could have prevented any losses for length.

FG=4.0" (10.16cm) EG= 4.5" (11.4cm)

So how do you make permanent gains from stretching. Stretch for three years instead of two? I have not had any gains but I have not also managed to stretch for the recommended hours and tension.

As far as I have read on here and elsewhere. Once you’ve achieved your goals you still need to maintain the gains. It means you will be weaning yourself off your extender. If you were stretching 6hrs/day 7days a week.. Knock it down to 2-3hrs per day.. Then knock from 7 days to 5 days a week etc. It all depends on your PE schedule.

How many hours a day would you wear it? Your supposed to wear it atleast 8 hours a day.

Very important: do you use heat before and after? Heat breaks down the tunica and keeps it soft. If you’re not using heat then you’re not doing it right.

Heat is there constantly due to climate. Winter time I have a lamp.

I aim for 3-4 hours. 8 is impossible unless while sleeping which is prohibitted with a nooze strap because hou need the blood going.

Regardless you need to heat it up. What infrared heating lamp do you use? I been looking for a good one but don’t know which one to choose on Amazon.

My Routine,heat,stretch,jelq,penis Master Pro

I start off by heating my unit as much as I can without burning myself for 10 or 15 min. Then stretch in all directions for 30 sec each. After I feel a good stretch ,I jelq for 5 min put heat back on hang for 30 min light weight around 2 pounds . Then strap the penis master pro on for 3 to 4 hours and in that time constant heat the whole time. Bathroom breaks jelq for 5 min each time to get the blood flowing.

Starting stats are 6 1/4 BPEL, now 7 1/16 girth was 5 1/2 now 6 EG.

I also ware a ab silicone anti turtle sleeve as much ass I can when working 4 to 6 hours a day at least so I will heal in that state.


2014, 6 1/4 bpel by 5 3/4 eg

2017,7 3/8 bpel by 6 1/4 eg
