Hello everyone. Coming back from a long break
Some of you may remember me (And hello to all of you!) but for those who do not, here is some brief history.
I have done PE on and off for nearly 8 years, wow how time FLIES. I have spent a lot of time hanging, pumping, and clamping. Hanging allowed me to gain some in the beginning, but it got to a point where it was just a bunch of wasted hours. I also tried other angles.
What I am searching for now, is a healthier, harder dick. I also would like more length. I always wanted to be 8NBP, but being a large guy (I power lift in the 275 class and losing weight would kill my numbers) I would just like to squeeze another .5”-.75” out in length versus losing 10-15 lbs to get the NBP length I already have. Last time I checked I was 8.5 NBP but it does NOT look like it on my body.
I just pulled my ADS out of the closet, and will be pumping with a small tube as well to hopefully apply some pulling force length wise because I do NOT want to sit at the computer for hours hanging again. It is so hard for the wrap to be right, hard to make sure not too much blood is in the head, keeping it soft and not getting an erection etc. It was hell for me, and my recent time spent trying (few months) proved useless.
I have had about 5-6 months off from hanging, so I think my tissues are more pliable. I have been pumping in this time, but not high pressure or often. I have had and continue to have that occasional “hard flaccid” thing. I am getting it worked on (its just tight muscles under the glutes)
So to recap: I was just looking for advice on the best way to do this (gain .75” length). I have a lot of scrotal skin so jelqs are basically pointless. I have a few different size pumps, and a ADS from monkeybar that attaches to my knee. His ADS with the metal rods are way too narrow at the base and it really irritates the base of my dick to the point where it starts burning, so I use the wet suit attachment and barely know it is there. It is enough tension because my tissue feels tight. I just wonder if one hanging set prior to this would make this happen much quicker, but I would prefer to start off really light versus go full boar with weight and exercises like I used to when I was younger.
