Hi so my routine is as below:

Hot shower and towel off then get on the extender immediately.

I find this really helps to start extending when the penis is already warm rather than to strectch it from hold and start extending. I feel like I get a better quality of stretch than without a warm up.

I think this proves the importance of warming up everytime.

thanks for confirming this. Yeah, I have now started using hand warmers, the ones you click and the gel freezes up and starts giving out constant heat (the ones used for ski trips)

Snap the extender on then tie on one of the hand warmers with a rubber band on top of the extender, coming in contact with the shaft so constant heat.

I plan to attach another on the underside of the shaft for the sandwich effect and have a constant heat on both top and bottom side of shaft.

This is the first time I am trying the heat pack/ hand warmers so will report back once I get some findings.

I have added extra length bar into the extender so I am now extending above my erect length (I think?)

Also last night I took my flaccid/ semi and did a manual stretch and measured a bone presses length of 6.5” which is alot more than my starting EL, I almost couldnt believe it. I have been doing alot of extending however and have moved up bars in the extender so I think its working!

Yes that would help keep the penis warmer then without a sock. If a person was sitting in one place while extending or hanging a heating pad or heat lamp would be even better. Many men have reported doing this and it being beneficial. I used hand warms in the past but that gets expensive lol

Thanks for your reply I guess I’m gonna start doing that right now, due to this thread I also start doing warm-ups . I didn’t think it was really important and we just get myself strapped in for 40 minutes and massage my penis a bit afterwards.

But right now I’m going to do this.

Warm wash cloth wrapped on my dick for 20 seconds, then take it off massaging the penis a bit, and warm up the cloth again. And put it on for another 20 secs with kegeling. And then 200 jelqs and then get myself strapped in. Afterwards massage penis also and warm it with a cloth again.

I will make a thread in a month if I have made some increases,

I will mostly go 1time this a day or sometimes 2 I will post it in the thread I will make!

The heating pads work, but you could wrap a rice sock around the shaft, wrap a heating pad or even point infrared lamp at it.

Rice sock will be your cheapest and easiest next step.
