Replacing hot wrap with local contrast shower
My understanding is that the two main purposes of the hot wrap are:
A. Stimulate circulation to the penis
B. Make it more “pliable” so blood can circulate “more freely” (?) during PE exercises.
Since I have been having cold feet (I suspect that it would be because of poor peripheral circulation caused by cigarette smoking), I have recently tried contrast showers. For those who don’t know, this means alternating between hot and cold (as hot/cold as you can while still being in the comfort zone) for a few times, usually going 2-3 minutes hot followed by 20-30 seconds cold.
This has somehow improved my cold feet problem, on the basis of the claim:
“Ones circulation can be given a tremendous boost by taking a shower and alternating the flow of water from hot to cold, back and forth 7 times in a row.” (from http://www.healthfree.com/incurable…drotherapy.html)
But it made me think if this could be a possible replacement / alternative / improvement to the “classical” hot wrap.
What do you think about this?
What should be particularized in the above mentioned method, for the purposes of PE?
