Replacing hot wrap with local contrast shower

My understanding is that the two main purposes of the hot wrap are:
A. Stimulate circulation to the penis
B. Make it more “pliable” so blood can circulate “more freely” (?) during PE exercises.

Since I have been having cold feet (I suspect that it would be because of poor peripheral circulation caused by cigarette smoking), I have recently tried contrast showers. For those who don’t know, this means alternating between hot and cold (as hot/cold as you can while still being in the comfort zone) for a few times, usually going 2-3 minutes hot followed by 20-30 seconds cold.
This has somehow improved my cold feet problem, on the basis of the claim:
“Ones circulation can be given a tremendous boost by taking a shower and alternating the flow of water from hot to cold, back and forth 7 times in a row.” (from…drotherapy.html)

But it made me think if this could be a possible replacement / alternative / improvement to the “classical” hot wrap.

What do you think about this?
What should be particularized in the above mentioned method, for the purposes of PE?
Anyone willing to try and communicate here any concluded [spell checker really should let me write “concludent”] results?

Oh. I just didn’t see this thread before.

I used to have terrible circulation before doing hydrotherapy, though my routine was slightly different (30 sec hot/30 sec cold). Never actually thought of relating this to the dick. In my opinion you raise some good points. Let me think on this.

Alright, so I’ve thought about it and I’ve done some testing.

The thought
Hot/Cold, or, contrast hydrotherapy helps with circulation and nerves. It is said to increase white blood cells as well.

The Test
Bull body contrast hydrotherapy at the end of my shower localizing around my privates along with stretches.

  • 1 min hot and 30 sec cold * 5

The result
After 5 days I’m noticing much more sensitivity in my penis along with more pliability. It seems like it’s returning to it’s pre-PE state. Also, the skin seems softer.

Note: I’m not sure whether it’s this or something else. I’m having a lot of ginger lately.

PS. Ishnaan Therapy is a “cold shower”. If you have kids that may be funny to hear. :)
