Extender, how many hours a day?

I haven’t read anywhere (yet) whether time in the extender or even a ADS device has to be done consecutively. To use the devices for 6+ hours per day, does that have to be 6 hours at once, or can I do 3 in the a.m. And 3 in the p.m?

The key metric for an extender is time under tension. It then logically follows that the more time you are able to commit to it the quicker you will see results. The tension component requires some common sense also. It can’t be so little as to be ineffective or so great as to cause damage.

Although I am primarily a pumper I did use an X4 extender for about 500 hrs in a year. I determined that the 50% tension (2nd of 4 marks) was the point I could stay in the extender for an hour at a time without too much discomfort. I would then take it off for a few minutes, massage my dick, go the bathroom, etc., then get back to it.

I tried for 4 hrs in the morning, but sometimes had to break it up an hour here, an hour there, and then some days could only get one or two hours in. I still occasionally use it, but am not as diligent tracking my time as I should be.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Hey dj8cut. I’m impressed by your results and dedication to log 5.000+ hours.

If you looked back, would you still do 5.000 hours? If yes, What kind of extender setup would you recommend?

Rigth now I’m pumping 3-4 times per week 30minute sessions and manual stretching & jelqing 20-40 minutes on the weekends.

I’m gaining slowly with an enlarged flaccid and greater elasticity.

What would you recommend me focus on,
A) increase my current routine
B) add an extender to my current routine
C) add hanging
D) keep on change nothing.

I feel A would help me. And possibly B or C.

I would love to hear feedback from your expertise.


Current BPEL: 6.3”, MEG: 4.75” (12/2019)

Start BPEL: 6.0” MEG: 4.1" (2/2018)

Future BPEL: +1%, MEG: +1%

I’m on 2 hours extend. 2 hour break pump 30mins 2 hour break and another 2 hr extend.

So answer is four a day, can do more or less at your discretion.

I never really used the penis pump except,a few times for fun and I never tried…hanging.

I had to use my extender for more than 5000 hours because, my gains came very slowly.
I used it at point downwards and also up (between 3-8 hours a day) 5 days a week.

You can add an extender to your routine but, it is usually very uncomfortable, it must be adjusted often for blood circulation.
However,I really think that my gains came from all my manual exercises + my extender.
(I worked from home most of the time … so it helped me to use it)

Now,I only do “maintenance” but, I did a lot of manual exercises: stretching - jelqing - squeeze etc…
P.E is a marathon…be patient.

So update I have been using my vac extender glans cap with silicon sheath for 4 to 5 hours a day for the last week, hoping to keep consistency for the next week and then month and then year.

See how it goes, definitely feel like am onto a winner here
