The “more is more” approach has to stop(for any PE method) in these boards.
Also the “total hours” and how much gain in extender users has to stop cause its completely irrelative.
At some point newbies and also uneducated(on the subject) vets have to understand that gains is all about is a “more stretchable dick” that can expand more in length and girth.
By stretching the dick as you should you are creating a more stretched out state and this is were gains are happening.
By stretching the dick more than it can handle it creates a stiffer state that not only makes gains impossible to happen but it can also take away the gains that have already being made.
The PIS have being descovered for a reason…
Good Pis that are related with growth is nothing else than a more stretchable dick state that if offering the good EQ and night wood ETC.
The MFSL is the ultimate indicator of if you are gaining or not.
Its impossible to have a shorter or a same MFSL and gaining erect length.
Forget about stretching hard and for lots of hours in order to create micro tears cause they simply don t exist… it has never been proven and it never will.
When people will eleminate the micro tears theory and focus on the more stretchable theory is when the gains will happen.
If you put on the extender in an X tension and for an X amount of mins set and when you finish the set , your dick is not longer-thicker-shorter … then do not expect gains.
If after your daily X amount of hours your dick is not longer-thicker-softer then do not expect gains.
The KEY in gaining length and girth is to use a MODERATE intensity + a MODERATE volume + a MODERATE frequency in order to always be in a MORE STRETCHABLE FSL state.
By overtraining you are creating a more stiffer state that eleminates all efforts on gaining.
The above statement is what is the real meaning of the phraze ” PE is is a marathon and not a sprint”.
Undertraining will lead to slower gains , while overtraining will lead to no gains.
People on these boards thinks that the newbie gains are just a more stretchable dick state and that after that you have to train hard in order to see real growth.
This thinking is completely false because the so called newby gains is what growth is all about.
The “meat” of your dick has stopped growing till the age of 23 or whatever….
You can t put more meat in order to grow your dick…forget about this kind of thinking.
All the gains people are having in length and girth is a more stretched out state lengthwise and girthwise and this is why when we are erect we are achieving a longer and thicker dick.
Also the achievent of longer and thicker flaccid dick is the same as in the erect….
The dick parts (tissues and tunica ETC) have become so stretched out that the little blood that exists in the flaccid dick state is making it expand more lengthwise and girthwise.
