Extender and increased vascularity

Has anyone else noticed this? I have been using semi regularly for a while now and the veins in my penis are way more prominent. This was a goal anyway so I am happy about it. Not sure why this would happen from stretching though. Any ideas?

I’ve noticed that also, and have read other seeing the same. I’d think that as one stretches things out, it is a result, both to support the increase in tissue, and it’s length.
