I have been doing the newbie routine for about two months now and have gradually increased to currently 9 min of stretching and about 35 min of jelqing, I am already feeling MUCH more confident and experiencing serious increases in my self esteem (LOVE THIS WEBSITE, THANK YOU).

I think you are ready to start working with it. What kind did you get and does it allow you to know the approx. tension?

If you can set tension, I recommend you keep it below 600 gr for the first month or two. Don’t rush to add rod length. I recommend you keep the rods short so you can easily strap in without forcing the strap to stay under your glans. Practice wrapping your shaft below the glans and keeping the strap moderately tight without bruising your glans. When you have that down,increase tension by using the adjusting knob until the bars are fully extended before you add new bars.

I got the SG extender. I can adjust tension, but have little idea as to tell how to measure the ammount of tension.luckily right now it seems to be at the perfect length, it’s been on two hours and I’m experiencing little pain even with the controversial noose.*knock on wood* I am in no rush for extending the rods but thank you, I look forward to this and will be documenting accordingly.

The pain will most likely only get worse, noose stretchers are the worst. You can tell the tension from points on the rods, it’s engraved circles on them where you adjust the power. A bad explanation but hopefully you got my point, and good luck.

I didn’t really realize that you could screw the rods downwards so I guess i’ve been wearing the extender for the past two days at a fairly high tension..Should I continue with it like that? Have I messed up my gains at all?
