Dry skin

Recently I’ve been experiencing dry and hardened skin from extending. I mean I have experienced it before and all I can do is rub some balm on the area while I’m resting, but it doesn’t solve the problem completely. It has been about 850 hours since I started extending again just a few months back, so I’d say my dry skin problem started around the 700 hours mark.

I am uncut and I extend with the foreskin in, but I thought others might have had the same issue even when they are circumcised or extend with the foreskin pulled back. Does anyone have any tips?

You need to moisturize it. Try using oils like coconut oil or moisturizing cream. Also drink more water.

If you are using some kind of powder to keep from slipping that is your problem.

Vit E oil will take care of that easily and quickly.

Thanks for the replies. I’ll try your suggestions out. Also, I am not using any powder, just the comfort pads that come with the extender and I have padded the noose with new foam.

I’ve resolved the problem. For future reference, I used to only moisturize the dry spot before bed and it only helped a little bit. To eliminate the dryness completely (or like 98%) you have to moisturize whenever you are not wearing the extender. Make sure you put on a thick layer, some of it will brush off in your pants. Out of regular Nivea cream, zinc balm and coconut oil the Nivea cream works the best! Coconut oil is not very good and zinc balm is terrible - it actually seems to make the skin more dry/hard.

Hey do you know some masks for the pets?! I know that this sounds very strange but my friend’s dog has some skin tags on the ear and his skin is becoming dry. He is trying to remove it. To be honest I also have had some skin tags and just used an oil and now everything is fine. So in case that you know something for dry pets skin will be very nice.
