Sorry for the delay in responding. I’ve never consistently used this, or any ADS device. I should. It’s comfortable, and I think it would be effective if I put it on everyday, particularly after hanging. After I’ve worn it for a while I can feel a good soreness and fatigue in my ligs.
I have no excuse. I just find the things I do most consistently are stretches (while tucked) hanging, and lots and lots of girth work.
It gives some stretch while sitting, but you get the optimal stretch while striding, so that each extension of your leg pulls your penis real good. You can just adjust the tension so that your cock is stretched out while sitting, but when you stand up, the straightening of your leg will make the tension very, very high and it will feel like it’s about to yank your dick off.
