An Extender Public Service Announcement To Extender Newbies

I’m just going to say that you can’t make a big, one size fits everybody statement like “You will not grow if your extender isn’t set longer than your BPEL”. Someone will. And my instructions with my extender said to go 1/4” less than my BPEL for my first week, and I did, and I gained 1/4” in erect length in that week. And the next week, and the week after that. I suppose it was the theory of “less is more” as it applied to extender length. I goofed, completely forgetting to add any more pieces to the extender arms for my first 3, possibly 4 weeks. And I gained and gained and gained. Got a total of an inch and a quarter in length in my first 6 or 7 weeks.

I am a hanger and do most of my posting at pegym under a different name. Anyhow, I bought an extender last week and already my wife says how hard my cock has become. I took a ten day break from pumping (pumped to gain smooth muscle) then started hanging again while using the extender 1 to 2 hours daily and my EQ higher than it has ever been. The thing is that I am nowhere near my BPFSL. My BPFSL is close to 8, my BPEL is 7.5ish, & I wear my extender at maybe 6 1/2 inches.

I am sure that it is helping my skin stretch, not intended, and my girth because my shaft is almost hot to the touch and is very pliable. I am not sure if pliable is the correct word. Anyhow, I can see more veins when I am done and I also see a whole new one under my shaft. I will not give all the credit to the extender because I use multiple methods.

All that I am saying is that the extender is doing some vascular work on me. I am also doing it after hanging.

Ok so after reading this thread I thought I would break out my x4 extender I removed 1 inch of extension rods put it on and feels very comfortable I’m at the first mark of spring setup at bottom very little tension. My question is when do I add a 1/2 rod I am at less than BPEL ? When there is no more tension?

Yep, when you feel there is no tension. This actually happens in the very same session, you wear it at say 6”, than after 20 minutes you feel you can stretch a 1/5” more withot problem, and so on. You should feel your penis ‘relax into the stretch’, if it is clear what I mean.

Thanks marinera just finished my first one hour doing it this way and your right my penis relaxed into the stretch instead of fighting it in my previous other 300plus hrs which was very uncomfortable and somewhat discouraging over a year ago . Much appreciated.

Is it recommended.

I am new to the whole extending routine and bought a cheap extender from eBay. It did not come with instructions so I have been reading and learning from articles in this site and others.

What I have to do is gradually build up the length while I wear my extender. It can take up to 30 minutes before I have what I would consider a good stretch. I had more skin stretching than anything else. It has been about three weeks. I believe that the skin stretch is almost gone. I only have about 60 hours in so far with extending.

I do not know how people can buy an extender and use it close to their BPFSL. I am circumcised but I never had a huge turkey neck and if I did I could understand the skin stretching. In my experience flaccid gains have to come first just to be able to extend to the BPFSL.

I’ve also learned that when I hang my flaccid increases before BPEL. This is not uncommon. Anyhow, most if the time our penises are flaccid and once it adapts to the new flaccid length BPEL should be the next step. I remember that from when I was a 15 year old boy.

My point is that I do not see how someone could not gain flaccid length when using an extender. If someone stretches enough and keeps the appropriate tension and length while using the extender eventually their BPFSL will increase along with BPEL.

Ok here’s my take ,yes you can accelerate gains by going beyond erect length this was always my strategy to make gains, but I could be wrong.. But having said that most of my 2200 hours extending have been at low to moderate tension 900 to 1200 grams.. I also believe flaccid gains and erect gains usually go hand in hand.. During my 4 to 8 hour extending sessions I would always try to put in at least 1 hr of beyond NBPEL extending.. Trying to push beyond BPEL would tear my urethra .IMO go just a tiny bit over NBPEL length for 1 to 2 hours a day would not be bad. From my experience I would say time is probably the greatest factor in getting gains, I know I got growth spurts from putting in consecutive days of 7 to 9 hrs.. So in a nutshell high tension may help but its not the most important factor

Why do you think it will tore your urethrea? any signs for that?

Some bleeding and/or burning when urinating possibly.

I have pulled my penis head using a three pronged grip and used my other hand to further clamp down on it, then pull very hard.. I have gotten a very small amount of blood that came out on two separate occasions over the last yr.. I have to pull very hard and long for this to happen.. I logged 2000 hours using primarily a very modified x4. I cut out slits on the underside of the head piece. I then strap in, then stretch out to max and pop them on the rods.. Just like a Penimaster or male edge. I also use size matters in my hot-rodded x4 they are thicker and allow no slippage.. I could probably do damage if I screwed out my x4 to 1/4 inch above erct length.. .I also used a leluv non spring extender and a male edge extender.. Now I log most of my hours with the maleedge and use the x4 for 1 hour per day. I broke the first maleedge, they will break if you strap in and mount the head piece on rods that are to long, you can extend rods one by one after attaching head piece.. I’m now expert at manipulating this very good extender

On a noose-type extender, for a newbie to go past his BPFSL it would take either an iron dick or a masochist tendency. I definitely do not recommend any newbies reading this thread to do it.
I’ve had one noose extender for years and I’ve struggled with it for ages trying to get the thing comfortable. Then suddenly I tried something I had not thought about: shortening it.

My NBPL is about 15cm, I was trying to use my extender at 14-15cm and could only withstand a couple of hours before exploding my dick.
I am now using it at 12cm and I can wear it for hours a day. It’s been only one month and I’ve been doing manual exercises too, so the increase in BPFSL I noticed probably comes from all the stuff together.

One thing is for sure, it is growing and I’m not planning on wearing it past my BPEL anytime soon. I will only increase tension-length when I can comfortably wear it all day long. It’s my new theory, one day I’ll write everything about it. (Years and years of failing in PE has made me quite good at it actually).

Im confused — Just started using an extender — proextender to be exact much like jes extender. I was not planning on going past BPEL or BPFSL for at least 2 months. But im starting to wonder if I am supposed to at all? The instructions that came with the proextender never mention stretching very far when flacid, but instead fasten in flaccid and extend to a certain amount of force i.e 900g 1200g 1500g. Even when on 1500g the extender does not approach near my BPEL or BPFSL length. And the only way to do that would be to fasten in highly stretched and extend from there.

Started: (Oct 5. 2012): BPEL 6.6" MSEG 5.3"

Feb 5 2013: BPEL 7.1" MSEG 5.6"

Long term goal: 8.5" BPEL 6" MSEG Progress Thead: Zerex's Progress

You would probably need to attach a couple rods to go past your BPL, but again, I think that the pain would make you wear it for less hours.
