What's the best way to cement temporary gains?

I’ve made some good gains lately, but I’m not sure if they’re permanent or temporary. If they are temporary, what’s the best thing to do to help make them permanent? Massage? Increased PE? Increased rest? Anybody?

I have NEVER been on a cementing routine before therefore cannot help you. But my gains have not disappeared. Maybe this is because I kept at my routine with only 1 day a week break ? Can someone shed some light ? :)

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Hmmmm. Me either. As far as I know as long as you PE you shouldnt lose any gains , after awhile they should become permanent. Best way to know if gains are cemented I think, stop PEing for about 3 days then measure. If you are talking long term then a mainantence routine is in order. Basically your current routine performed less intensely and for a shorter period of time.

I’m in my 5th month now and really enjoying seeing the changes take place. I find that a shock routing along with an ADS once every week really keeps my length real (avaids turtling!)

Andgrowing, how long have you been into PE?

I ask this because gains are sometimes elusive and relative. You seem to gain great in a week, and then it dissapears.

My advice: follow your routine as long as you are gaining. When you reach your final goal, do it a bit more.
And then start a maintenance routine, say jelqing a few times a week.
