What's best for length, gainers help!
OK, I’ve been at it for a while and I think I’ve stalled out with my length gains. I’m at around 7.5 - 7.6 NBPEL but I’m striving for 8.5. I can’t seem to get past this point though. I have made good gains on my girth from clamping, edging, horse squeezes and more girth routines.
My question is, does my girth routine hurt my chances for length gains. I do manual stretches before every workout and cool down wearing my sizegetics extender (which I think I’m going to try to wear more throughout the day). I read in the post ( can’t remember where) that clamping can actually stop length gains, i this true? I have been clamping for a while and am willing to stop if will bring more length gains.
My girth goal is between 6 and 6.25 (currently 5.7 consistently). I feel I am closer to these marks than my length goals and may want to switch my routine to focus more on length.
I’m hoping you guys can help me with this issue!
