What are your PE rules to live by?
I just want to hear what some of your personal pe rules are.
So far here are mine,
1) No more than one cup of coffee (100mg caffeine) a day, 6-8hrs before pe.
2) Never attempt pe on a full stomach. For best results wait an hour or two as the fat content of meals affects ye ability to achieve fuller erections.
3) Keep clamping to 15 min or less to limit complications.
4) Pe sessions should be no longer than 90min total each day with atleast one day off before the next week.
5) Use ice and heat after the cooldown to minimize inflammation
6) Vary workouts week to week to avoid boredom and stagnation.
7) Vary routines every month to maximize goals
8) Never shave the same day you plan to do an intense pe session. It burns like hell!
9) Warm up the penis, spine, abdomen, and hands before and after pe.
10) Don’t let problems in life affect your pe session, you can resume being a crybaby bitch about work and life after your workout and shower. Don’t let the daily grind get in the way of your pe grind!
