Hot bath.

I got my first inch that way stretching in a hot bath half hour per day.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

About eight months.

I think having daily sex with my wife helped, but I no other PE in those days.

Dry heat takes forever to penetrate even a couple millimeters through the skin and will never really get the deep internal connective tissue structures warm enough to soften them. Infrared heat, however, penetrates the best of all - it penetrates balls deep! That’s why IR heat is king in PE. Just gotta make sure not to cook yourself. :)

I know , 60+c warm up sound crazy. I know you might be thinking i don’t want to burn my penis but hear me out first ok.
Step1= Heat the water up to 60c this is Celsius not Fahrenheit .
Step2= Take a wash cloth soak it in the water .
Step3= Squeeze 75%-80% of the water out the temps will drop instantly to about 50-55c.
Step4= Wrap it on for 2 min the temp will drop to about 35c in 2 min .
Step5= After 2 min repeat the same steps. do this 3 times = 6min.

I think this is the best way to warmup .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.
