vibrating hanger

Just a thought, and probably a silly one. Could attaching a vibrating device to the weights of a hanger get results? The constant minute alterations in level of stress and possibly angle of stress could speed up gains?? If you are trying to pull something out of a tight hole you wriggle it as you pull. Maybe a virating device could provide the wriggle factor.
