Well guys, this marks my 7 month anniversary of PE’ing. I have to tell you was a bit skeptical at first, but I’m glad I tried it! My starting stats were 5.5” ebpl and 4.75” midshaft eg. I started out doing some light manual stretches and about 100-150 dry jelqs. I have to be honest, being uncut, I had some problems with my foreskin bruising and I even had a small rupture in in of my veins at the very tip of my foreskin. These things taught me patience. I gave them a good week to heal up and am happy to say I havent had these problems in months. I guess I was starting too fast. I’m happy to report that as of my last measurement, I’m now at 6” bpel and 5” eg! I cant believe it! This stuff works!
My routine now consists of 2 minutes of light manual streches. 500 dry jelqs (90-100% erect), I alternate left to right hand every 25. Every 50 I do 2 sets of 30 second Uli’s. I also do a few sets of 15 second erect bends to the left then right. One thing I find odd is that I’ve gained .5” of length and only .25” of girth. I thought jelqs were more helpful with girth. But hey I’m not complaining!
Please feel free to make any suggestions to my routine. I’d like to try hanging soon when I have the time, but for now I’ll just keep on uping my jelqs every few weeks.
