Greetings all,

Well guys, this marks my 7 month anniversary of PE’ing. I have to tell you was a bit skeptical at first, but I’m glad I tried it! My starting stats were 5.5” ebpl and 4.75” midshaft eg. I started out doing some light manual stretches and about 100-150 dry jelqs. I have to be honest, being uncut, I had some problems with my foreskin bruising and I even had a small rupture in in of my veins at the very tip of my foreskin. These things taught me patience. I gave them a good week to heal up and am happy to say I havent had these problems in months. I guess I was starting too fast. I’m happy to report that as of my last measurement, I’m now at 6” bpel and 5” eg! I cant believe it! This stuff works!

My routine now consists of 2 minutes of light manual streches. 500 dry jelqs (90-100% erect), I alternate left to right hand every 25. Every 50 I do 2 sets of 30 second Uli’s. I also do a few sets of 15 second erect bends to the left then right. One thing I find odd is that I’ve gained .5” of length and only .25” of girth. I thought jelqs were more helpful with girth. But hey I’m not complaining!

Please feel free to make any suggestions to my routine. I’d like to try hanging soon when I have the time, but for now I’ll just keep on uping my jelqs every few weeks.

Keep it going Relight. You’ve got what it takes. Patience. See this as a persuit for the next few years and the rewards will be way worth it. You will look back at the experience in years to come and think “I’m so glad I kept with it”.

My only remark would be to be careful while jelqing at those erection levels, but you seem to have your head screwed on straight, so go for it!
Jelqing at those erection levels are normally conducive to girth gains, but a gain is a gain right?

Thanks for the great replies guys! Joe, a good deal of my gains came after I started uping my jelqs about 3 months ago after my initial breaking in. I’ll keep posting every once in a while as to my gains. I’ll check on those horse 440’s. Again, thanks all.

Hanging will really help with length gains. I recommend the BIB hanger. Congrats on you gains so far. Yes, this stuff really works and I love it too!

7 months is a good point to be at because you are really getting in tune with your body.

I would suggest more stretches and less jelquing if you want length.

Start April, 2003: 5.75" BPEL, 5.25" Girth Current: 7.125" BPEL, 5.5"+ Girth still trying...
