I have been at this for several years and have been mostly working on girth for the last year and a half or so. During the last 2.5 years or so I took 2 breaks of at least several months. I’m currently taking a break. The reason I mention this is it seems like I only make gains for a few months upon restarting after a break. The last 6 months that I did PE I killed my dick and didn’t have much to show for it.
So I’m wondering, could it be a better strategy to take breaks every 3-6 months or so?
I have no idea what the duration of the break should be but probably 1-3 months. I’ll be restarting in a month or so so I will know almost without a doubt if breaks allow gains to continue.
