I’ve noticed that devices like the extender are worn every day for hours and hours a day. What does this suggest for manual stretching? Is there a reason (other than time restraints) that someone would choose to only stretch 3, 4, or 5 days a week?

I don’t think so. I have always PE’ed daily, my manual stretching routine at times went to 2+ hours a day with no ill effect. Since doing the DLD Blasters I have cut my stretching routine down to 1/2 hour a day.
