I have a theory as to why it is so hard to take a break from PE… like taking steroids, you can see immediate results and want to stay that size all the time.

I can understand the addiction to roids. I’ve taken them before and the results are dramatic and almost overnight. It’s like the pump you get never goes away. The same with PE…every time I stretch and jelq, I immediately get really pumped and want to stay that way all the time,…I dont’ want to shrink. Therefore, I PE every day…breaks are very difficult to do because of the shrinkage effect we all get from taking time off…

We must all realize that breaks are needed to grow, no matter how difficlut they are to do…


I take a break when I hurt something, get an over amount of red/black spots, extra pain around my glan or in my bulla. I find it hard to take days off in fear of losing 1/100 of an inch LOL. I have no clue how to “cement” gains. I know where your coming from.

I’ve never roided, but a few buddies did - so I know the obsession. PE, for me, is a little different (especially since the gains aren’t nearly as rapid or dramatic).

Like most guys, I always knew that we couldn’t do anything about our dick size - short of that ghastly surgery. I figured I better accept what I was born with (6.5 BPEL x 5.2 MSG). I wasn’t happy about it, but I wasn’t sexually-paralyzed with morbid depression either.

For whatever reasons, I began experiencing mild E.D. when I was 37. And, even on an occasional “good” hardon, I saw that I looked a little smaller. So when I dusted off the old ruler and measured my cock (for the first time in about 20 years), to my horror, I was now 6.12 x 5.2 - I had lost 3/8 of an inch. That just added insult to injury; but, again, I just knew that I couldn’t enlarge my penis - I just wanted to try to get it rock-hard again, if that was possible.

I began searching online about E.D., penis health, penis anatomy, penis exercises,etc. And I found kegels - and all the PE stuff. To cut to the chase, I began kegels & jelqs (no stretching). In 1 month, my MSG increased from 5.2 to 5.7 inches. Needless to say, I became hooked. I quickly returned to my 6.5 BPEL and within a few short months, to my complete shock, I passed up 7” BPEL. Now, I knew that the penis could be enlarged through exercise - and safely as well.

I’m now a hair over 7.5” BPEL x 6.14” MSG - a dramatic increase volumentrically. I continue because, like most guys, I’m not satisfied with my present size. It is also a form of self-improvement, a way of challenging oneself - and also I still haven’t gotten over the shock that we can actually make our cocks larger!

So, for me, chalk it down to about 20 years of dissatisfaction with my cock, coupled with a newly-found “secret knowledge” that in some ways makes me feel like a kid again (wondering how big my cock is going to grow, LOL).

PE is cool, takes time, and is personally rewarding. It also touches us in our most primal nature - that’s why it can be addicting.

Wad, that’s what I’m talking about, the obsession…we continue because we’re obsessed that we might shrink back…and I’m not talking about long term gains, I’m talking about the temporary gains,…ie, the pumped effect we all get from PE

I obsess over my size and feeling right after…I’m pumped, veiny and extra big and heavy…if I rest for a few days, that feeling goes down…temporarily, but down…I want that feeling of being pumped and veiny all the time, so I do something,…therefore, the addiction…


I have the same exact issues although much less size. Its seems more that just a primal issue for me..If I can get 1/2” out of this I will be worshiping you guys. I’ll create a PE alter and figure out someway of doing it twice a day- ha, ha…..

People like routine every day or as much as possible. If you like reading the paper and taking a hot steaming shit so bad that you have to take one whole paint leg off when pinching a loaf each and every day, you are going be pissed when you have to leave in 3 minutes of being woken up.

If you were a chain smoking fat bastard and finally found health from your doctor’s orders and visited the YMCA or gym the same principle applies. At first you hate doing it then it becomes familiarized to you. God Fucking forbid we have a nice blizzard and the snow collapse the roof of the building the gym is in. You would go out of your mind not being able to exercise for those 10 days. Especially if you get up early before work to get that runner’s high before sitting in your little cubicle.

Ever work on a project with one of those whiny people who have to eat dinner or lunch at the exact same time? Not because of diabetes or some other medical issue, but because they always do for the past years. Sneaking past a break makes them all bitchy.

So whether you need a morning smoke, beat off race with the old piss pump when you first awake, or a monster shit the principle is the same with this. PE is active in all accounts. This isn’t plant a fucking seed and walk away and hope the birds and squirrels don’t dig it up. This requires almost daily attention for months if not years at a time for many minutes to hours each day.

TT… sorry man, you lost me with that one. Do you agree with my theory or not? The temporary side effect of PE (a longer, bloated dick which can shrink rather quickly) causes the addiction. I know it does for me. I want to stay in that state 24/7…I don’t like the shrinkage, so I PE again.


Shit! I lost myself between the 2 Saint Pauly Girls when I wrote that.;) After rereading your idea, I have somewhat agreement for it. I believe that a lot of guys here have BDD (body Disphromic Disorder) so they see it as smaller than it is. So the lack of a pump that day certainly doesn’t allay any fears of it getting smaller or not working at all. So basically I say it is some fucked up angle of BDD (plenty of threads on it here, plug it into a search) which touches on your idea as well as normal habitization and routine like my rant a few posts back.

Her’s an example of my addiction…last night the wife tells me I my night…I want to be as thick, pumped and big as I can, therefore I feel I must PE at least a few hours before, so I take a shower, PE and get all pumped for her…why? is my now normal size not big enough?’s just that I want to be the max size I know I am when I’m pumped…I made her cum 8 times by the way…girth rules…

I thought that PE was just random bullshit for the longest time but DAYUM!!

I started pumping in Nov. of last year and enjoyed packing a 2” tube and all that but didn’t enjoy the loss of session or the difficulty at getting a good solid woody after pumping….so last week I got serious on the PE…Ulis, bends and the Slammer…and like it better dry too.

A year ago I too took a measurement (at 45 yrs old and 15% BF it wasn’t a fat pad) and discovered that my 7 7/8” wonder weiner was at 7 3/4” BPL and EG was 5.125.

Now after pumping and manual PE I hit 8 3/8” BPL x 5.6EG this morning…and the nice part is I stay hard and fully sexually ready to rock. THIS STUFF WORKS.
