The ultimate routine ?
Guys, I’ve read it several times now and am trying it out for the month of march.
It’s stretching every day (6on/1off) and doing girth work only every other day (1on/1off).
Some claim that stress caused by stretching is healed in 8 hours and that girth moves take lots more rest.
Has anyone actually done this and if yes what were the results.
Is it really the ULTIMATE APPROACH ?
